Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 31 December 2024

Independent Practitioners

Flinders Health and Wellness Clinic provides a shared clinical space for independent health practitioners. Each practitioner operating from this clinic is self-employed and independently responsible for the services they provide, their professional conduct, and their own compliance with relevant legislation and professional standards.

Flinders Health and Wellness Clinic is not responsible for the clinical decisions, outcomes, or conduct of individual practitioners. Patients should direct any concerns about clinical care to the relevant practitioner directly.
