Health Fund Rebates
We offer HICAPS on-the-spot claiming for most major private health funds. You only pay the gap on the day — no paperwork required. Rebate amounts vary depending on your fund and level of cover.
Concession & Funding Options
- Medicare EPC: Eligible patients with a GP Care Plan may receive a Medicare rebate for up to 5 allied health visits per calendar year
- TAC: We accept TAC referrals for accident-related injuries
- WorkCover: WorkCover referrals accepted — please bring your claim number
- NDIS: Contact us to discuss NDIS options
- DVA: DVA card holders welcome
Payment Methods
We accept credit/debit card, EFTPOS and cash. HICAPS health fund claiming is available at the point of sale.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
